Hi, I'm Amy Day.

Meet Your Instructor and Creator of The Decision Classroom.

Great decision making can be taught and there is a better way! As the Executive Director of Clarity4Action.org, Amy Day coaches and teaches decision making to young people, and the adults who care about them, through one-on-one coaching and online group courses.

Using clear, repeatable science-based frameworks and teaching, she supports people in moving from the overwhelm of life's continuous choices to the calm found in clarity, an inspiring plan, and effective action. Amy holds a certification as a Decision Educator, Coach, and Advisor through Stanford University Continuing Studies and has 20+ years experience in the decision education field. She grew up in a ‘personal decision laboratory’ as the daughter of Decision Analysis pioneer, Dr. James Matheson. Amy is an active member of the Society of Decision Professionals.

Amy lives with her husband and three 20-something kids. She has made some interesting decisions in her life, deciding to be a foreign exchange student in high school and college, hybrid-homeschool her kids, and live on 2 ½ acres with an orchard, gardens, 21 chickens, and 2 roosters.
